QuickBooks Document Management 2010

I just attached my first PDF of a VISA statement to a check in QuickBooks 2010!

The new QuickBooksDocumentManagement for 2010 is very slick! One must sign up for the service, but you get 100MB of off-site storage at no charge. If additional storage is needed, there is a monthly fee.

I have been dreaming of going paperless; this is a wonderful tool!

Happy Weekend!

  1. Diana,
I trialed this for some time and it does not appear to be as seamless and tightly integrated with Quickbooks as I had hoped.
My company - @docsnaps - is integrating their bookkeeping automation solutions with QB document management, and once done you can go paperless AND reduce manual data entry.

  2. Thank you for this information. Yes ~ after further research, I think Intuit does have some more work to do on this. Thank you for letting me know about your service.
